Privacy information

1. Public website

The public Zennora website is a static website hosted through GitHub Pages. Zennora does not intentionally store information entered into the contact form. Submitting the form opens your email application so that you can send the prepared message directly.

2. Booking a demonstration

When you choose to book a demonstration, the website loads or opens Calendly. Calendly may process information you submit and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy practices.

3. AI chatbot and demonstration providers

Zennora uses third-party AI and technology service providers, including Voiceflow, to operate website chatbot experiences and personalized demonstrations. Information entered into a chatbot, together with limited technical information needed to provide the service, may be processed by those providers.

Do not enter personal health information, insurance details, payment information, passwords, confidential business information or other sensitive personal information into a demonstration or general website chatbot.

Voiceflow’s own privacy information is available on its website. Other providers may also process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

4. Information received by email

When you email Zennora, the message may include your name, contact details, business name, website and information about the workflow you want to discuss. This information is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare a demonstration and discuss services.

5. Other third-party services

Zennora may use third-party services for website hosting, scheduling, AI demonstrations, email, spreadsheets, workflow automation and related operations. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services and according to their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Data minimization

Zennora aims to configure public-facing AI receptionist workflows to request only the information reasonably needed for the intended next step. Businesses remain responsible for confirming that their collection, retention and use of information meet their legal and professional obligations.

7. Security and private links

Personalized demonstration pages hosted on GitHub Pages may be unlisted and marked not to appear in search results, but they are not password-protected. Anyone with the exact link may be able to access the page. Confidential information should not be placed on an unlisted demonstration page.
